Batetela vernacular names
In this project, you will be able to explore some registers concerning the Italian botanist Ferruccio David Ugo Bavicchi (1866-1925). Besides letters about his collection, his notes mention the local name in Batetela of many of the specimens he collected in the region of Dolo, in the present-day Democratic Republic of the Congo.
