This project was created especially for the Sciences Festival 2019 of the Naturmusée to show its visitors the potential of the DoeDat portal and the Herbarium digitisation.
Almost 2.000 Herbarium LUX specimens will be shown, where participants are invited to determine whether the plants shown are flowering or already bearing fruit. In addition, the date on which the plant was collected will be checked. The obtained data will be used to investigate whether the flowering period of some plants has shifted in the last 150 years.
